Step and repeat small holograms to make large embossing shims for mass production. Compose new images from stock gratings and backgrounds. Our UV Recombining system offers:
Recombined size: up to 42 x 65 inches, from a master up to 6" x 6". You can send us photoresist or nickel masters.
Extremely high fidelity: Our UV Recombiner faithfully reproduces surface relief features as small as 10 nanometers. So, it can not only recombine ordinary holograms, but can also recombine blazed gratings and subwavelength polarization gratings.
Rapid turnaround: we can almost always ship your recombined hologram within a week after we receive your master
We can also do "drop-in" combining, to create new holograms from portions of other pre-existing holograms. This is especially useful in packaging applications, and avoids the cost of making a new hologram origination.
Small quantity UV Embossing: Our UV Recombiner can also serve as a UV Embosser for small quantity production up to a few hundred square feet of holographic labels, seals, or holographic packaging prototypes. UV embossing provides the brightest possible product because of its extremely high reproduction fidelity. Please ask for a quote on small quantity UV Embossing.
